Kindness In The Wind Installation

Organized with support from the City of Philadelphia and the city’s Mural Arts Program, the Kindness in the Wind flag installation will be unveiled on October 27 in the courtyard of Philadelphia City Hall, where it will remain on display for several weeks. The art installation will feature more than 7,000 flags expressing wishes for kindness. See the video below of the installation of Kindness In The Wind.
